kakerapetit(本サービス)における個人情報の取扱いについて定めます。How kakerapetit handles your personal information.

事業者 / Operator

運営者:鈴木大智(kakerapetit、以下「当社」)。個人情報の取扱いに関するお問い合わせ先:support@kakerapetit.devOperated by 鈴木大智 (kakerapetit). Privacy contact: support@kakerapetit.dev.

取得する情報 / Information we collect

  • アカウント情報:メールアドレスおよびパスワード(ソルト付きハッシュで保存し、平文は保持しません)。Account: email address and password (stored only as a salted hash — never in plaintext).
  • Google でサインインした場合:Google から提供されるメールアドレスとアカウント識別子。If you use Google sign-in: the email address and account identifier Google provides.
  • 決済情報:スタンダードプランは Stripe が処理します。カード番号等は Stripe が保持し、当社は Stripe の顧客 ID・サブスクリプション ID のみを保存します。x402(従量課金)では、決済に用いた対応ブロックチェーン上の取引としてウォレットアドレスが公開台帳に記録されます(当社が収集するものではありません)。Payments: the Standard plan is processed by Stripe (card data stays with Stripe; we store only the Stripe customer/subscription IDs). For x402, your wallet address is recorded on the public ledger of the blockchain used for settlement — we do not collect it.
  • 利用状況:API キー・アカウント単位で集計した利用回数(日次・月次・累計)と、API キーのハッシュ。当社のデータベースに保存するのはこの集計値のみで、個々のリクエストの内容や IP アドレスは保存しません。Usage: aggregated call counts per key/account (daily, monthly, lifetime) and the hash of your API key. Our database stores only these aggregates — not individual requests or IP addresses.
  • 技術ログ:リクエストに伴う技術的な記録(日時・URL・IP アドレス等)は、ホスティング基盤である Cloudflare の運用ログとして一定期間保持されます(障害対応・セキュリティ目的)。また、IP アドレスは不正利用防止のレート制限の判定に一時的に利用します。Technical logs: request-level records (timestamp, URL, IP address) are retained for a limited period as Cloudflare's operational logs (incident response and security); IP addresses are also used transiently for rate limiting.
  • Cookie:ログイン状態を保持するためのセッション Cookie(kkp_session)のみ。Cookies: only a session cookie (kkp_session) that keeps you signed in.

利用目的 / How we use information

  • 本サービス(API)の提供、認証、API キーの発行。To provide the API, authenticate you, and issue API keys.
  • 課金および利用量の計測(無料枠のカウント、スタンダードプランのレート制限)。To bill and meter usage (free-tier counting, Standard rate limits).
  • 不正利用の防止、セキュリティの確保、障害対応。To prevent abuse, keep the service secure, and handle incidents.
  • お問い合わせへの対応。To respond to your enquiries.
  • 法令上の義務の履行、および利用規約・本ポリシーの運用。To meet legal obligations and operate the terms of service and this policy.

上記の目的以外で利用する必要が生じた場合は、あらためて利用目的をお知らせし、必要な場合は同意をいただきます。If we ever need to use data for another purpose, we will tell you first and seek consent where required.

Cookie とトラッキング / Cookies and tracking

本サービスは、ログイン状態を保持するための必須のセッション Cookie のみを使用します。広告 Cookie・第三者トラッキング Cookie・アクセス解析ツールは使用していません。We use only a strictly-necessary session cookie. No advertising cookies, third-party trackers, or analytics tools.

外部サービス(委託先)/ Third-party services (subprocessors)

本サービスの提供にあたり、以下の外部サービスに個人情報の取扱いを委託します。We rely on the following subprocessors to run the service:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — ホスティング、データベース、メール配信。Hosting, database, and email delivery.
  • Stripe, Inc. — クレジットカード決済の処理。Credit-card payment processing.
  • Google LLC — Google サインインを選択した場合の認証。Authentication, if you choose Google sign-in.
  • 対応ブロックチェーンネットワーク(オンチェーン)— x402 従量課金の決済(公開台帳)。Supported blockchain networks — settlement for x402 pay-per-call, on public ledgers.

第三者提供 / Disclosure to third parties

次の場合を除き、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません(上記委託先への提供を除く)。Beyond the subprocessors above, we do not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except:

  • 法令に基づく場合。When required by law.
  • 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要で、ご本人の同意を得ることが困難な場合。When necessary to protect life, safety or property and your consent cannot practicably be obtained.

個人情報を販売することはありません。We never sell personal information.

国外移転 / International transfer

上記の委託先はサーバーを日本国外に置く場合があり、個人情報が国外で処理されることがあります。Some subprocessors operate servers outside Japan, so your data may be processed abroad.

保管期間 / Retention

アカウント情報はアカウントが存続する間、保管します。解約または削除のご請求により削除します。利用ログは運用およびセキュリティ上必要な期間、保管します。Account data is kept while your account exists and deleted on cancellation or request; logs are kept only as long as operationally and security-wise necessary.

安全管理 / Security

通信は HTTPS で暗号化し、パスワードはハッシュ化して保存します。API キーはハッシュのみを保存し、平文は発行時に一度だけ表示します。Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS; passwords are hashed; API keys are stored only as hashes and shown in cleartext once at issuance.

保有個人データの開示等のご請求 / Your rights

ご自身の個人情報について、利用目的の通知、開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用停止・消去をご請求いただけます。ご請求は、アカウントに登録されたメールアドレスから下記の窓口までご連絡ください(なりすまし防止のため、登録メールアドレスからのご連絡をもって本人確認とします)。手数料はいただかず、遅滞なく対応します。You may request notice of purpose, access, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of your personal data. Email the contact below from your registered address (which serves as identity verification); no fee, handled without undue delay.

アカウントの削除は、アカウントページからいつでもご自身で行えます。削除するとアカウント情報は消去され、すべての API キーは失効します(使用済みの無料枠の量のみ、メールアドレスを含まない匿名のハッシュに紐づけて引き継がれます)。You can also delete your account yourself at any time on the account page: account data is erased and every API key is revoked (only the consumed free quota carries over, keyed to an anonymous hash — never the address itself).

お子様のプライバシー / Children

本サービスは事業者・開発者向けの API であり、16 歳未満の方の利用を想定していません。This is a developer/business API and is not directed to children under 16.

改定 / Changes to this policy

本ポリシーは、法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に応じて改定することがあります。改定した場合は本ページに掲載し、下記の改定日を更新します。重要な変更は、ウェブサイトへの掲載その他分かりやすい方法でお知らせします。We may revise this policy as laws or the service change. Revisions are posted on this page with the revision date below updated; material changes are announced on the site in a clearly visible way.
